Catalyzing this shift is the 'National Women in Tech Leadership Fellowship,' spearheaded jointly by the ICT Division and software industry guilds. The initiative identifies talented young women across rural and urban districts, providing them with training in cloud computing, generative AI architecture, offensive cyber defense, and mobile application engineering. To ensure economic hardship never forces talented women to abandon scientific callings, the government established the 'National Sovereign Trust for Women in STEM.'
