Popular content creator ‘Bhatija’ Mo. Sohag Islam commits suicide in Dhaka

Md Sohag Islam, a popular social media content creator widely known by his screen name "Vatija", has allegedly died by suicide in Dhaka on Sunday (September 6).

Hailing from Jaldhaka in Nilphamari, Sohag gained significant popularity across digital platforms for his comedic and entertaining performances, frequently collaborating in sketches alongside northern creator "Taleb Bhaijan". In recent times, he had moved to Dhaka for employment. The sudden news of his untimely death has sparked widespread grief among his fans, co-creators, and well-wishers across social media platforms. Local authorities are investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
